At Positively Paw we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders.
Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched in 1–3 business days.

During peak periods/holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking once your parcel is handed to the carrier.

European Union: 3–7 working days

USA & Canada: 5–10 working days

Rest of World: 7–14 working days
Notes: Carriers may experience delays and slower tracking updates during peak times. International shipments can face customs delays, which may extend delivery beyond the ranges above. Duties/taxes may apply locally.
Order Changes & Accurate Addresses

It’s your responsibility to provide complete and accurate shipping details.

If our system flags an address issue, we’ll email you within 3 business days to verify. If we don’t hear back, we may cancel and refund the order.

Spotted an error? Email hello@positivelypaw.com within 24 hours of ordering. We’ll do our best to help, but changes after this time aren’t guaranteed.
Delayed Delivery
We work hard to ship quickly, but some delays are outside our control (severe weather, carrier network issues, customs, address verification or payment checks). We’ll keep you updated where possible and assist with carrier follow-ups.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, it’s in transit under their care. If your package is lost or stolen:

Contact the carrier to open a claim.

Email hello@positivelypaw.com with your Order Number—we’ll support the investigation and keep you posted.
Depending on the outcome, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
