Refund & Returns Policy — Positively Paw

At Positively Paw, we’re dedicated to products that protect your dog’s back and joints by giving them a safe, non-slip path to furniture. We believe in using your purchase properly before deciding. Please try it for at least 14 days. If you’re still not satisfied, you’re covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee.

Cancellation Policy

  • You can change or cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • After 24 hours, your order may already be processing and we may not be able to make changes.

  • If cancelled within 24 hours, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • Eligible returns are accepted after day 14 and up to day 60 from delivery.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Items should be returned in reasonable condition with all parts included.

Email hello@positivelypaw.com or use the form on our Contact page. Please include your Order Number (or the name and email used at checkout) to speed things up.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • We consider an item damaged if it is defective or physically broken.

  • Cosmetic packaging damage (dented box, scuffed outer carton) with the product intact isn’t classed as damage.

  • If your item arrives damaged, email hello@positivelypaw.com within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos. If eligible, we’ll arrange a free replacement.

  • We cannot refund, replace or accept returns for damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse or improper care.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to deliver promptly but can’t be responsible for carrier, customs or other delays outside our control.

  • We’re not liable for lost, stolen or delayed packages. If something goes wrong in transit, please contact the courier; we’ll help where we can.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please check your address carefully at checkout.

  • If it’s incorrect, email hello@positivelypaw.com within 24 hours. After this window, we can’t guarantee changes, and resends or refunds may not be available.
